At Beyond The Bell, we do things differently.

We believe families deserve school holiday programs that are well-organised, safe, and genuinely fun — without screens or stress.

In 2026, we expanded to include Beyond The Bell Juniors — a program designed for preschoolers taking their first steps toward big school. It’s a natural extension of our mission to help kids thrive outdoors, build friendships, and rediscover simple, screen-free fun.

Our Founder

I’m Olivia, a working parent who knows the juggle firsthand.

After two decades producing large-scale events across Australia, the UK, and the US for major fashion, sport, and tourism brands, I wanted to create something more meaningful — a program that felt thoughtful for both kids and parents.

Beyond The Bell is playful but purposeful — structured yet flexible, shaped by the weather, the children, and the energy of the day.
Our team of qualified, caring educators help kids gain confidence, build friendships, and come home buzzing with stories they can’t wait to tell.

Active Kids Vouchers

Beyond the Bell is now an approved Active Kids provider.

Eligible families can use their NSW Active Kids voucher toward the cost of our school holiday camps.

Becoming an approved provider means Beyond the Bell has completed all required child safety training and meets NSW Government standards for staffing, supervision and operations. Our team holds the appropriate qualifications, and we meet — and often exceed — the recommended staff-to-child ratios.

As a business run by a mum, we’ve always chosen to have more staff on the ground than required. It helps create the calm, safe and supportive environment that Beyond the Bell is known for.

How to use your Active Kids voucher

When booking your camp ticket, enter the code ACTIVEKIDS at checkout to receive $50 off your booking.

Please bring your Active Kids voucher with you on the day of camp, where our team will scan and validate it.

If you have already purchased a camp ticket, we’re happy to apply your Active Kids voucher and refund $50. Just email us or bring your voucher along on the day.
