Welcome to Beyond The Bell! By enrolling your child in our program, you agree to the following **Terms & Conditions**. Please read them carefully.
1.. General Information
- **Beyond The Bell** is a school holiday program designed for primary school-aged children.
- Programs run at selected locations and are subject to availability.
- All bookings must be made in advance through our official website.

2. Bookings & Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot.
- Bookings are non-transferable to other children without prior approval.
- Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancellations with 14+ days' notice:
Full refund or credit for a future program.
- Cancellations within 7 days: No refund, but a credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Cancellations due to illness: A doctor’s certificate may be required for a credit.
- Program cancellations by Beyond The Bell: If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Supervision & Safety
- Beyond The Bell operates under strict supervision guidelines and all staff hold valid Working With Children Checks (WWCC).
- Children must follow safety rules and listen to staff instructions at all times.
- Water activities: Parents must give written consent for their child to participate in water-based activities. Life jackets will be provided where required.

5. Health & Medical Conditions
- Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking.
- If a child requires medication during the program, it must be clearly labeled and given to staff with written instructions.
- Beyond The Bell staff are trained in first aid, and parents will be contacted in case of illness or injury.

6. Behaviour Expectations
- We encourage a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
- If a child repeatedly disrupts the program or behaves in a way that puts themselves or others at risk, we will contact the parent/guardian.
- If behaviour does not improve, parents may be required to pick up their child early. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Late Pick-Up Policy
- Pick-up is between **4:00 PM – 4:30 PM**. If a parent is running late, they must notify us as soon as possible.
- The optional late-stay session (until 6:00 PM) must be booked in advance.
- A late fee of **$2 per minute** may be charged for unplanned late pick-ups.

8. Photography & Media Release
- Photos and videos may be taken during the program for promotional purposes.
- Parents can opt-out of photography consent at the time of booking.

9. Liability & Waiver
- While Beyond The Bell takes all necessary safety precautions, participation in activities is at the parent’s and child’s own risk.
- Beyond The Bell is not liable for **loss, damage, or injury** sustained during the program, except in cases of negligence.
